Born and raised in the Wood River Valley, Chris Mattias has built a trusted reputation in high‑end residential construction with a specialized focus on tile and stone craftsmanship. Over the course of more than 20 years, he has served as the in‑house tile setter for Idaho Mountain Builders, completed slab and tile projects for Lambert Stoneworks, and honed his craft under the mentorship of respected local experts including Scott Garvin, Rich Goulay, and Fred Burmester.
Recognizing a gap in the local service industry, Chris founded 5B Stone Restoration, bringing his extensive experience and commitment to quality to homeowners and property managers throughout the region.
With deep technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail, Chris restores, maintains, and enhances tile and stone installations of all types. His dedication to precision, durability, and thoughtful design ensures results that stand the test of time—and consistently exceed client expectations.
